EAST and West Ardsley Allotment and Gardeners Association is holding its annual early open flower and floral art show next weekend.
The show will be held at St Michael's Church Hall, East Ardsley, on Saturday, June 27, and entries from non-members are welcome. Doors open to the public at 3pm and admission is free.
Children under 12 are also invited to enter the miniature garden competition. All they have to do is fill a tray or shallow container, about A4 size, with compost, sand or gravel and design a garden.
It costs 10p to enter and all entries will get a small prize as well as money prizes for the best three.
Entries should be made at the parish hall before 1.30pm.
