THORPE Community Centre will open its doors this weekend so local families can go along and look at the plans for the new village play area.
Two sets of plans have been drawn up and it is now up to the people of the village to decide what they like most and what they want to see in Thorpe.

Karen Fletcher, from Aire Valley Homes, will be in attendance as well as Coun Jack Dunn, who will be able to answer questions and take on board any comments.

Everyone is urged to go along and show their support as well as air their opinions.
