Be a Young Ranger at Oakwell

DURING the schools' summer holidays, Oakwell Hall and Country Park in Birstall is inviting youngsters to become Young Rangers.
Every Wednesday, from July 22 to August 19, young people between eight and 14 years of age, will be able to help the Park Rangers carry out practical conservation work. As well as learning new skills, the sessions will be an opportunity to make new friends. All tools and training will be provided.

There will be two sessions each Wednesday - from 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-4pm.

Young Rangers is free to join in but places must be booked in advance. Parents/carers must also sign a consent form.
