LONG time British music favourites Travis have found a new lease of life and are heading back out on the road in support of their liveliest release in years.
Recent limited edition EP J Smith hinted at a change in direction, back towards the band's early, more garage rock sound, and new single Something Anything backs that feeling up with its much tougher guitar licks.

An album titled Ode To J Smith is out on September 29. Written in five weeks and recorded in just 14 days, it is the sound of a band reborn and re-energised.

Travis immediately follow it up with a UK tour that brings them to Yorkshire at Sheffield's Leadmill on Tuesday, October 7.
