Two stars due to the same reasons as everyone else.
We had some windows fitted 18 months ago. A few problems but were resolved quickly. Then in Feb of this year a crack appeared on the inside piece of glass cracked for no reason. it is still under warranty so said they would order a new piece and arrange installation. After a 6 week wait we were telephoned the day before to tell us that they didn't realise it was a 2 man job so would need to change the day of installation. Then the date was changed again. When the big day came the ordered glass was too small! Another wait, men brought wrong piece of glass. Another wait, told 4 man job cause they needed to install from the outside... lets see what happens when they come back again tomorrow (6th attempt!!!)
For a company that says their aftercare service is top notch I would disagree 100 times over. I have written to the MD with no response.
Must say...installation teams have all been lovely people...just feel sorry for them working for a company which it appears once they have got your money the care and attention falls flat.

I agree with the other negative reviews. I had a composite, stable door fitted onto my kitchen from TWS and while the door itself is high quality, the quality of the fitting was very poor. There was a gap between the two sections of the door that let water in, and also the 'making good' was poorly carried out. The door frame also leaked. I called out TWS to correct the faults and while they came out, the repair job only made things worse. In the end, I had to make the adjustments to the door myself (if I can do it, I would have thought a skilled tradesman could do it) and re-seal the door myself. Definately would not recommend.

I believe there is two sides to TWS if you are having work done by them you need to be aware. There is a good chance they will do a good job and I am sure they have a lot of customers who will testify this. UNFORTUNATELY when it goes wrong you are going to be up the creek. They will just lie , avoid and fob you off. 12 months we have been waiting for TWS to fix a leak . Although Tony the owner has advised us its not a leak, well when it rains water pours in so I would say its a leak. They are of those firms you would expect to see on watchdog , but unfortunately as they are SUCH a small company they would be unlikely to get air time on channel 5 never mind BBC...........all I can say is think twice folks its prob not worth the risk!!!!!!!

I am really shocked at reading the reviews on here as I received great service from these guys! They quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done quickly and most important cleanly! The conservatory they fitted for me was brilliant and I've had no problems since. They even sent me flowers as a thank you afterwards! I have double checked the company and this is definitely the correct one so don't understand why people have had bad service.

I agree. Very quick to install and take my money, took 4 months to correct teething problems. Now have a problem with my roof which has not been fixed since I reported it 7 months ago! 5 lots of men have been to inspect it, I have wasted days off work because appointments have been cancelled at the last minute, it seems like the the staff on the phone are unable to make any decisions because I am always told that things have to be checked with management, I am promised someone will ring me back but this rarely seems to happen and I have to chase it up, the owner seems to spend most of his time out of the country, and I am sure I have been lied to on several occasions with feeble excuses. I have already told my friends who are wanting a conservatory not to use this company. Do not get a quote from them because even the man that came out initially told us a ‘story’ about how an old couple had given backwards at the last minute so they could fit us in for installation within a couple of weeks, shoud have seen the alarm bells ringing then. I would not even give them a 1 star rating, aftersales care has been appalling!

I do not understand this at all. We have just had a conservatory built by TWS Leeds and the workmanship is second to none and the lady in the installation department has always been very helpful on the telephone. I would recommend this company to any of my friends without any hesitation. Bob Lincoln.

This is my worst experience with a company, Shoddy workmanship, poor customer service. (constantly lied to on the phone) The installations manager is not interested in correcting the problem. Please consider others before letting this bunch of cowboys loose on your property.
