Charity is not too bad

I FOLLOW the reasoning behind not wanting any more charity shops (in the Morley summit meeting], but the other side of the coin is that the charity shops are sometimes the only reason anyone would want to go to Morley.
There is a growing popularity with young and old in recycling, this includes clothing, etc. I know that Otley is very popular for the charity shops.
It is quite a bonus when there are good ones in a town as the people frequenting them would also go into the other shops and markets, thus bringing money into a town.
