DRIVING through Gildersome is difficult at the best of times - too many parked cars, too much traffic.
We now seem to have reached a dangerous situation with the continued and seemingly never ending replacement of street lights. The barriers around the lampposts are straying into the road and blowing over in the high winds we keep having.

Can I invite any of the local councillors to take a walk up Street Lane and see if they can improve the situation?

Also, can anyone tell me why these lights are supposed to be better? Try driving past Scott Green in the dark. When vehicles approach from the opposite direction you are almost blinded because the area is so dimly lit.
