INQUEST: Leon Walker killed by heart defect

RISING Morley rugby star Leon Walker died of a rare and undiagnosed heart defect, an inquest in Wales has heard.
Leon, 20, collapsed and died while playing for Wakefield Wildcats Academy side against Celtic Crusaders in Maesteg, south Wales, in March.

According to the examining pathologist he could have died at any time.

Coroner Peter Maddox ruled that Leon died from natural causes.
