MORLEY cake decorators Board to Tiers have donated a cake for the town's first lantern festival and fancy dress party on Tuesday, October 30.
The cake will be presented at the party where everyone will be given a slice.

The festival, at Morley Town Hall, is a first for the town and has been arranged through Morley Entertainments Committee and funded by the town centre management team.

It will start outside the town hall at 6.30pm when people of all ages will be invited to enter their carved pumpkin lanterns into a competition.

The results will be announced at 7pm and will be followed by a disco party for the under 11s in the town hall until 8.15pm.

The event is free but spaces are limited and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
