Scouts looking for singing talent came to the New Scarborough Inn.
The BBC programme The Voice sent some keen-eyed scouts up to the pub at Dewsbury Road, Tingley, and found some potential stars of the show. The night was a success and they took details of quite a few of the singers. Sophie May Williams, who got to the semi finals of the show earlier this year, was there to perform. General manager of the pub, Karen Rezaei, said: “It went really well, there was a good turn out and I think they gave a lot of people good advice about applying for the show.”
