The Morley branch of Leeds Building Society is hoping the town’s generous folk will help them raise cash for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The branch, in Windsor Court, is selling pin badges throughout May and June to raise valuable funds for the charity.
Nichola Mullaney, Morley’s branch manager, said: “It’s great news that we are continuing our long standing and successful relationship with Macmillan Cancer Support.
We are confident the pin badges, with three separate designs to choose from, will prove popular with our customers in Morley.”
Clara White, Fundraising Manager at Macmillan Cancer Support added: “We are really delighted that the Morley branch is supporting Macmillan by selling our pin badges. The three designs to choose from are dogs, boots and the Macmillan logo.
“The money raised will make a real difference to the lives of people living with cancer. They are a great way to show your support.”
Leeds Building Society raised £900 by selling pin badges for the charity last year and hopes to do even better over the next month.
