People who want to take their education to the next level can take part in a university open day this month.
Leeds Beckett University will host an open day event for people to learn more about studying for a postgraduate or professional qualifications.
The event, which takes place on Saturday 20 June, will be held at its city centre and Headingley campuses.
Joe Swan, the university’s postgraduate marketing manager, said: “Postgraduate study at Leeds Beckett is very flexible with courses running full-time, part-time or online to suit the needs of our students.
“The open day aims to help people to plan their next steps, whether they want to progress their career, change to a new area of work or simply follow a personal interest.”
Visitors will be able to meet teachers of all postgraduate courses at the university, which changed its name from Leeds Metropolitan University last September.
Staff will also be available to give advice about funding for study and the application process.
The open day will be split across the two campuses, according to each subject’s location base, and it will include tours and course taster sessions.
The event takes place from 10am-noon.
