There were large flames and exploding tyres as several wagons caught alight in Wakefield overnight.
The incident, involving two large good vehicles and four trailers, happened at Rawsons on Portobello Road at 11.47pm last night (Sunday).
Two crews from Wakefield and firefighters from Ossett and Normanton stations attended the incident which spanned 25 metres by 50 metres. Wakefield watch commander David Burland said there were huge flames and exploding tyres.
Crews managed to get the fire under control by 2am.
Nobody was injured and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
