An unusual but handy way for new mums to get their body confidence back has been launched by a Morley fitness instructor.
Buggy BOOsT Camp, run by Rebecca Roach, has settled into its new home at the White Rose Shopping Centre.
The classes feature a range of different exercises incorporating baby and buggy to help new mums get back into shape without having to worry about childcare.
Lessons are run by personal trainer and mum of two Rebecca, who wants the aim of the classes to make women feel at ease.
She said: “Buggy BOOsT Camp can be adapted for different postnatal stages and fitness levels, so each person will get as much out of it as someone at a completely different fitness level. It is also a great chance to meet other new mums and make friends”
The mums do exercises focusing on the abdominal areas while pushing their babies in the buggies while other benefits include improving posture, reducing back pain, releasing stress and creating better moods.
The classes are on Wednesdays and start at 9.15am and run for 45 minutes, upstairs at White Rose Shopping Centre, next to Handmade Burger Co and Prezzo.
