It’s panto time for St Andrew’s

A well-known story with a slight twist will be told by the cast of St Andrew’s Church pantomime this month.
Peter Pancake tells the story of Peter Pan, who has disappeared in Nevertrevorland. Pinkobelle returns to England in search of a hero to rescue him and finds Peter Pancake, who dreams of emulating his hero Peter Pan.
He’s a dab hand at making pancakes, but a dead loss at everything else.
In a Cinderella like existance, Peter Pancake lives with his two older step-sisters, who by chance are also very ugly.
The audience is invited to join Peter Pancake as he flies off with Pinkobelle, his brother and his sister, to rescue his hero from the clutches of old time enemy, Captain Hook - oh, and watch out for the pirates!
The show will be performed on Thursday, February 21 at 7.30pm, Friday and February 22 at 7.30pm. There will be a Saturday matinee at 2pm on February 23 as well as an evening performance at 7.30pm.
Tickets can be ordered by calling Ken on 0113 2532717. Adults £5, under 14s £2.50.
