ROBBERS allegedly threatened a man at knife point and stole his mobile phone, watch and £190 cash as he walked near Hembrigg Park in Morley.

The 24-year-old man was walking near the park at around 8.25pm on September 7 when he was approached by two men.

One pulled out a knife and took his Blackberry Bold mobile phone, his watch and £190 from his wallet.

The first robber is described as around 6ft tall, in his 20s and was wearing dark clothing with the hood of his top pulled over his head, but with the peak sticking out.

The second man is also described as about 6ft, in his 20s and wore dark clothing that covered his face.

Officers arrived at the scene immediately and a number of youths in Hembrigg Park were spoken to but nobody had seen anything and the suspects were not located.

Enquiries are ongoing.

Anyone with any information about the incident should contact the non-emergency police number on 101.
