Morley bin collections set for disruption

LEEDS City Council has warned of major disruption to bin collections services because of the weather.

A statement from the council said it was experiencing “a severe” level of disruption to bin collections today (Tuesday).

It is advising people to bring their black bins back in until the next normal collection day.

However it added: “There are some bin crews out today who are endeavouring to pick up green bins so people won’t have to wait another month for a collection, so please leave your green bin out for now.
