A planning application to demolish a service station and replace it with a petrol filling station, convenience store and drive-thru coffee shop has been submitted for a second time
The plan for Victoria Service Station in Bruntcliffe Road, was refused by Leeds City Council planning chiefs earlier this year after objections were raised about the 24-hour opening of the coffee shop. But the new application states that the opening hours would be seven days a week, 7am-11pm. The new proposal also states the petrol filling station and convenience shop would be open 24 hours and include an ATM.
It would employ a total of 20 full-time and 20 part-time staff and have 48 parking spaces.
