Members of Morley Rotary Club have donated money to help first aiders attend emergencies quicker and more safely.
Volunteer Community First Responders in Morley have been given £150 by the Rotary Club to buy a voice-activated sat-nav.
The donation followed a demonstration by volunteers Sharron Martin and Craig Pace, who give up their time to save the lives of local people.
Mr Pace said: “The whole evening was aimed to create awareness of what we do and to hopefully work with The Rotary Club in the future in order to raise awareness and any possible funds for ancillary items.”
He added that he would like to thank President Karen Jackson and the Morley Rotarians for their kind hospitality and donation to the Morley Community First Responders.
