Police investigating sex assault allegation in Morley park

POLICE are investigating an allegation of an indecent assault on an 11-year-old girl in a Morley park on Saturday.

The attack was reported to have happened at around 11.25am in Lewisham Park.

The area around the park was taped off by officers as investigations took place.

Three men, who were in the area at the time, were arrested and later released without charge.

Police are now working with the girl and her parents to establish the full circumstances and investigations are ongoing.
