SID out to catch Tingley speeders

WATCH out in Tingley - SID is about.

Officers from Morley Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) have been out on Haigh Moor Road and Lowry Road in Tingley this month to catch out drivers exceeding the 30mph speed limit with the help of SID, the Speed Indication Device.

A number of vehicles were recorded speeding and officers will continue to monitor these areas, deploying the pro-lazer speed gun and issuing fixed penalty tickets to anyone caught speeding.
