Teacher celebrates 25 years at Morley school

DEDICATED teacher Alison Scott has been presented with a big bunch of flowers to celebrate 25 years at St Francis Catholic Primary School.

Mrs Scott, 50, has worked at the school on Highcliffe Road since graduating from Leeds University.

Headteacher Jane Burns said: “The school felt that this was a remarkable achievement and couldn’t pass by without marking the occasion.”

Mrs Scott said: “It is such a rewarding profession to be in and it is great to see the progress the children make even into adulthood.”
