Tingley’s mypetstop to close today

PET owners and customers of mypetstop are reeling at the news the Tingley store and boarding kennels is to shut its doors for the final time today.
The news quickly spread on Facebook before a spokesman for Mars Petcare, the owners of the business, confirmed it.
He said: “Following a period of consultation, we have made the difficult decision to close the mypetstop site in Leeds. General trading has now ceased but we will be continuing all pet boarding services until Friday, November 9.
“We would like to thank our customers and pets who have used the services of the site over the years. We will be contacting customers who have future bookings with us. Anyone who may have any queries can contact the site direct.”
Last week Mars Petcare announced proposals to shut the centre before the end of the year due to “negative financial performance”.
