This season Morley Music Society promises something for everyone with Musical Director Daniel Justin.
November sees the Society remembering the outbreak of World War One with a perfomance of Haydn’s Nelson Mass and a second half of songs from the wartime, which will be performed at Morley Central Methodist Church.
In December there will be a traditional performance of Handel’s Messiah at St Peter’s Church Morley, which non-members are invited to rehearse for on Monday November 17 at 7.15pm.
If interested please contact Elma Dowson on 0113 2532575 to register.
In March at Central Methodist Church there will be a performance of Haydn’s stunning Creation and May will bring a spectacular joint concert with the award winning Drighlington Brass Band, including Bob Chilcott’s A Little Jazz Mass at Morley Academy on Fountain Street.
