Working on the theme ‘Another Time, Another Place’ pupils, from nursery classes to year six, took to the stage to perform Scottish dancing, Tudor dance and even showed off their art work in front of an audience filled with proud parents and carers, the Mayor of Morley Coun Simon Kimberley and local community groups.

Rupa Barson, deputy headteacher at Churwell Primary School said: “It was absolutely wonderful and the nicest thing was each group of children stopped to watch all the others from other schools.

“It was a very successful and enjoyable event.”
