Morley estate agents Onwards and Upwards are continuing their plight to support Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids this festive season by becoming a drop off point for presents for children across the city!

Following on from their successful superhero day and big bake sale, where the team raised thousands for the worthwhile charity, the estate agents is now in full-blown festive spirit.

Owners Janine and Paul Dunnigan said: “We have been supporting this worthwhile cause all year to try and support these vulnerable children across Leeds.

“We know how generous the people of Morley always are and would love them to get behind this campaign and pay our shop a visit with their additional gifts for children aged 0-18 years.”

Lisa Sullivan Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids Charity Manager said: “We are so proud to have the support of Onwards and Upwards, they have been amazing all year and I know they are pulling out all the stops to make this a Mission Christmas to

remember. As poverty stats are on the increase it’s tragic to think there are children in our region who are risk of waking up to nothing on Christmas Day.

“With the help of wonderful supporters like them, we can spread the magic of Christmas.”

Residents and visitors of Morley are being invited to donate any new and suitable gifts for babies, children and teenagers and take them unwrapped to Onwards and Upwards any time between now and December 16. A dedicated team of volunteers at Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids will then be on hand making sure every child receives a gift this Christmas.

People can also get involved with Christmas Jumper day on Friday December 11 where shop keepers and shoppers alike are being asked to wear their festive jumpers with pride. Fundraisers will be along Queen Street during the day to collect donations which will all go towards buying presents for vulnerable children across the city.

Onwards and upwards is located at Milton House, Queen Street, Morley opposite the Post Office.
