Adwalton hit 19 against Saints

DRIGHLINGTON Adwalton bounced back in style from defeat the previous week as they hammered South Leeds Saints in the Jackson Trophies Division of the Red Triangle League.
Saints have struggled in their first season and were no match for Adwalton who ran out 19-0 winners on Saturday. Chris Mawson led the way with six goals while there were five for Simon Sheldon and Justin Heeley plus one apiece from Jack Priestley, Andy Singleton and Adam Marshall.

Churwell New Inn were also emphatic winners of their Hainsworth Premier Division game at Railway as they triumphed 6-0 with goals from Martin Ross (three), Neil Kellett (two) and Darren Hayes.

Halfway House Morley were involved in a third round tie in the Parkfield Suite Cup and were 11-2 winners away to Middleton Park with Ryan Hartley (five), Jovan Kioseff (two), Chris Pearson (two), Josh Wilson and Neil Banville on target.
