DRIGHLINGTON ARL under 10s Tigers were involved in a great game of rugby league against Castleford Panthers.
Strong defence from props Sean Kilroy, Ethan Hallas, John Bownass and Joe Taylor contained the Cas forwards well while Jonny Goodall won the parents award after stopping some of the Panthers players running wide to avoid the forwards through the middle.

Another good tackler was Jack Smith who received the magic moment award for scoring the first try of the game, taking the ball up quickly leaving Cas players looking round wondering where it had gone. William Ingleby received the man of the match for taking the Drig team forward in defence. Other try scorers were Ethan Hallas, Harry Woolard, Joe Taylor and Conner Gavaghan, the last two also kicking conversions. In a great team effort against a strong Panthers side James Bentley took the 100% effort award.
