WOODKIRK kept the pressure on at the top of CYL Division Two with a 79-run victory at Liversedge A.
Their run of success continued after they went in first and reached 207-9 from their 50 overs. Munaf Navsarka (47) top scored and there were other handy contributions from Mushtaq Navsarka (43), Moosa Bhoola (30), Steven Dawber (28) and Shahid Mahmood (22 not out).

Liversedge's reply started well as they reached 83-2, but the dismissal of Simon Horlin for 29, caught by Munaf Navsarka off the bowling of Mahbul Mulla, triggered a collapse and they were all out for 128.

Mulla finished with 4-34 while Mahmood claimed 2-28 and Garry Dawber 2-20.

WOODKIRK A picked up only their second win of the season in Division Four as they beat bottom of the table Westwood Park A.

Batting first, Woodkirk made 162 as Tom Mabbott hit 34, Mark Addinall 28 and James Claughton 18.

In reply, Westwood were all out for 105 to fall 57 runs short. Claughton took 4-25, Chris Maguire 3-24, Chris Taylor 2-30 and Josh Johnson 1-6.
