British Transport Police (BTP) has released a CCTV image of a man officers want to speak to after a woman was assaulted at Leeds railway station.
Officers are asking anyone who may recognise the man to come forward.
The incident took place at 11.10pm on Monday April 20 outside the station ticket office.
PC Mark Stokes, investigating for BTP, said: “The victim, an 18-year old woman from Wetherby, was stood in a queue at the ticket office with her boyfriend. She bent over as was feeling unwell and as she did so a man walked up behind her and slapped her hard on the bottom.
“The woman was extremely shocked and genuinely hurt by this unprovoked and unacceptable assault. We believe the man pictured may be able to assist with our enquiries into the incident, if you recognise him please contact us.”
