The Leeds United Foundation has announced another high-profile signing in the shape of Ricky Wilson.
Ricky, singer with Leeds indie rockers Kaiser Chiefs, has agreed to become an ambassador for the foundation, United’s official charity.
He said: “Supporting the foundation’s work with the disabled, those with dementia, the unemployed, underprivileged children and the elderly is something I am incredibly proud to do.
“It’s vital that we listen to and help our communities wherever we can and we will do as much as we can to help the Leeds United Foundation.
“There are some really exciting plans for the charity and it’s a real pleasure to help them out.”
Leeds boxing champion Josh Warrington and United cult hero Vinnie Jones have also recently signed up as foundation ambassadors.
