McDonalds have appealed against Leeds City Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for a restaurant in Tingley.
The fast food giant has been repeatedly foiled in its attempts to open for business on the site of the derelict White Bear pub off Tingley roundabout, following the objections of local residents and councillors.
After four failures to gain planning permission from the local authority, McDonalds appealed against a refusal last year but were rebuffed once again.
Now protesters are gearing up for another battle with the restaurant chain.
