A group of local residents carried out a cleanup at West Ardsley Reservoir to give something back to the community.
The group, from West Ardsley Methodist Church, were joined by Coun Karen Renshaw, who provided gloves , litter pickets and jackets for some members of the group.
Coun Renshaw said: “ It’s been incredible the amount of litter these willing members of our community have collected today. There’s been over 20 bags collected by volunteers with other people being amazed at the large accumulation of rubbish. We need to take pride and respect our assets on our doorstep.”
