Leeds United left-back Stephen Warnock has completed his much speculated move to fellow Championship side Derby County in an undisclosed deal.
Warnock, who was recently made Leeds captain, has impressed in 22 appearances this season, but was out of contract at the end of the campaign and had not been offered a new deal.
He has now signed an 18-month deal with the option of a further year at promotion contenders Derby.
The experienced defender made 67 appearances for Leeds, scoring three goals, with his last proving to be the winner against Bolton Wanderers at Elland Road in August 30.
His last game for United came against his new employers at the iPro Stadium on December 30 when he picked up an ankle injury that has now cleared up sufficiently for him to be able to make his move.
